The location was fantastic, near Martlet House, and my room was uniquely designed, comfortable, and had a spacious shower; I also enjoyed complimentary drinks at the restaurant.

Incredibly nice and pleasant staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Interesting building and rooms with a beautiful view. Breakfast with excellent jam and fabulous food and even jam for the pastries:)))

The location near the Mountain was amazing for us. We got a standard king room with a funky design, complimentary drinks, and a beautiful view. - the food was fabulous and the bar was superb.

The most beautiful hotel I ever met. The building is small, elegant and located in one of the best part of Montreal. Rooms are very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you may need. Staff is professional, kind and helpful. And breakfast is indeed very good.

Had a comfortable stay at this good value, fancy budget hotel. Enjoyed the nicely furnished room with a beautiful view that we booked online. - the location in the Downtown Core was excellent. - the venue met every demand without any trouble.

It has a very contemporary style. We were upgraded to a suite with a large window seat overlooking the street. There was a huge shower with two areas to shower. Each spot had a rain shower and additional sprays. Loved the room.

The decor was fabulous, the rooms great. Great location.
The staff , they did not greet you when you walked in after check in, they were not around very much. The tv usage was not described for the movie channels. ( Could not figure it out) The breakfast could of been so much better for the level of hotel .The water was not very hot.

amazing stay in montreal. chez swann exceeded expectations. loved the retro chic room, comfy bed, and modern shower. great location near underground city and lots of restaurants. highly recommended for downtown stay.

Proximity to boutiques- concerts- metro. Great design.
We checked in around 4h30pm and had to wait for the front desk to check with the maintenance staff if our room was ready. We had to be elsewhere at 5pm; this was an inconvenient. I would like to be contacted in French for any further feedback. Thank you!
